Our tariffs always refer to our complete offer, which includes the following possibilities:
- Participation in all martial arts courses (except the "Pro" courses)
- Participation in all fitness courses
- Professional instruction for strength and fitness training
- Use of the fitness/power machines and the free weight area (from 15 years)
- Use of the cardio area
- Use of the sauna (from the age of 15 or with the consent of a parent or guardian) and showers
- Stay in our entrance and wellness lounge
- Booking of personal training hours (connected with additional costs)
