Christian and Sam kick off on Wednesday!

Bruno “BC” Carvalho will be underway heading east towards St. Petersburg to debut for MMA Spirit at the M-1 Challenge.

That said it will be a competition and wrestling oriented training from Wednesday 14th till Friday 16th as our European GMC champion Christian will lead the classes on Wednesday and Friday morning both starting at 12.30-1.45pm plus an additional No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class on Thursday evening starting at 6pm-7.30pm.

Wednesday evening 8.30-10pm, Thursday morning 11-12.30am and Friday night´s last training session 8-9.30pm will be instructed by our wrestling ace Sam.
