The first ever “We Grapple” team challenge is in the books with great success for our team! Team Spirit around head coach Sasa Rankovic stepped on the mat with Nao, Ryo, Faruk, Marc and Mehdi in Hanau´s Next Level MMA gym. All fighters showed great determination and skill as we overcome to strong teams in shape of Arena Aschaffenburg only to beat the Tiger Grappling team in the finals.
The tourney setup of a team total weight of 300,00kg including 4 minutes of submission only rules plus an additional 4 minutes of scoring points made it one of the most exciting tourneys in a long time as the winner of each match stayed on the mat and kept on fighting with no rest in between bouts!
